We are a social enterprise and for us this means that we are committed to impact in all our projects. In concrete terms, this means that:

bottom-up
We don’t believe in top-down, “one size fits all” solutions. All our programmes and recommandations are based on data that we collect ourselves from the ground.
We collaborate
Even though we’re a start-up we are not trying to re-invent the wheel. We collaborate with key stakelhoders for each of our services and programmes and get insights from experts directly. In other words: we connect people and learn from the best!
We are goal oriented
How can you measure progress if you don’t know where you are starting from, where you’re going and how to get there? You have no idea? Neither do we.
It’s basically our job.
We’re not pretending we’re doing GOOD. We’re a company and having a positive impact is our job. Hence, we can be held accountable if we do the exact opposit or fail to achieve our goals.
